Direct and administer daily banking center operations, ensuring established policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and security procedures are followed. Oversee customer service delivery and train, direct, and supervise lobby and teller staff. Manage cash controls, daily deposits, audit/log completion, expenses, and deposit growth. Lead sales goals and cross-sell bank services while preparing activity reports and keeping management informed of progress and issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and administer banking center operational efforts, ensuring effective scheduling, workflow, and adherence to bank policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
•Train, direct, and supervise lobby and teller staff, including orientation, cross-training, security training, performance appraisals, and corrective actions.
•Maintain proper cash controls by balancing transactions daily, overseeing cash handling accountability, and managing daily deposits in line with procedures.
•Ensure prompt customer service by resolving requests/questions, handling complaints, counseling customers on financial needs and services, and maintaining the bank’s quality reputation.
•Oversee business administration including deposit growth, sales goals/incentives, expense management, periodic activity reports, maintenance/housekeeping, safety measures, and keeping management informed.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent training and work experience.
•Minimum 3 years of related experience in a financial institution, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
•Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
•Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements and familiarity with branch functions, policies, and procedures.
•Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills; well organized; attention to detail; ability to maintain an effective workflow.
