Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare financial reporting deliverables including planning/budgeting, forecasting, and MI reporting as part of financial controllership.
  • •Prepare Management Service Accounts (MSA) for captive entities and ensure timely submission with notes and schedules.
  • •Perform general and technical accounting and calculations, including loss reserves, and deliver complex management accounts for large clients across geographies.
  • •Prepare financial statements per US GAAP or IFRS-17 and support domiciles with ad hoc queries and financial audit.
  • •Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation opportunities, including peer review and supporting internal review/control mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CA Inter (or equivalent) for the role.
  • •0 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, planning and budgeting, forecasting, MI reporting, and controlling.
  • •Experience preparing Management Service Accounts (MSA) for captive entities with notes and schedules.
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS-17 and ability to perform general and technical accounting calculations including loss reserves.
  • •Hands-on accounting/ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and strong Excel skills (advanced functions and macros).
