Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze financial reporting across budget, forecast, and actuals, including clear performance commentary.
  • •Support the ANJ ZBB cycle end-to-end, including monthly forecasts, annual budget inputs, and savings initiatives.
  • •Own key month-end close activities: reporting, accrual reviews, variance analysis, and timely completion of month-end reports.
  • •Provide fixed cost performance visibility, including variances, risks, opportunities, and drivers versus targets.
  • •Identify, challenge, track, and report ZBB savings and fixed-cost efficiency opportunities, continuously improving ZBB routines and templates.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another strong numerical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • •Strong Excel capability, including pivots, lookups, analysis of data, and development of user-friendly templates.
  • •Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management accounting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • •Ability to explain financial information and finance processes clearly to non-finance users.
