Job Summary

Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across budget, forecast, and actuals, including clear commentary and variance analysis. Support the ANJ ZBB cycle end-to-end and track ZBB savings and fixed-cost efficiency opportunities. Lead key month-end close activities and deliver fixed-cost performance visibility to stakeholders. Partner with ELT and finance managers on planning and ongoing performance management, while improving ZBB routines and templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and analyze financial reporting across budget, forecast, and actuals, including clear performance commentary.
•Support the ANJ ZBB cycle end-to-end, including monthly forecasts, annual budget inputs, and savings initiatives.
•Own key month-end close activities: reporting, accrual reviews, variance analysis, and timely completion of month-end reports.
•Provide fixed cost performance visibility, including variances, risks, opportunities, and drivers versus targets.
•Identify, challenge, track, and report ZBB savings and fixed-cost efficiency opportunities, continuously improving ZBB routines and templates.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another strong numerical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
•Strong Excel capability, including pivots, lookups, analysis of data, and development of user-friendly templates.
•Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management accounting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
•Ability to explain financial information and finance processes clearly to non-finance users.
