Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Partnership (HRBP): Partner with, advise, and coach managers at all levels within the R&D and IT Org. from Team Leaders to Senior Managers.
•Cross-Company Management Development: Take strategic ownership of designing, building, and executing leadership and management development programs for all managers across the entire organization, at all levels.
•Organizational Development (OD): Plan, lead, and implement OD processes within the tech org. – including team building, change management, talent management, and organizational design (Org Design).
•Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and enhance the entire employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, talent retention, well-being, and offboarding.
•Company Culture & Engagement: Initiate and drive programs to boost employee engagement, fostering a positive, innovative, and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager / HRBP in the high-tech industry
•Deep understanding of R&D and/or IT populations
•Strong experience in building management development programs, leading OD initiatives, performance reviews, and change management
•Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
•Hebrew and English fluency (written and verbal)
