Support enterprise workflow analysis and system integrations (Salesforce and other enterprise apps) to optimize Quote-to-Cash and Customer Support processes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into functional specs, and drive AI-assisted delivery and secure, scalable solutions across the enterprise landscape.

Job Function: Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support to define future-state workflows, end-to-end processes, and success metrics.
•Design and deliver Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and native platform functionality.
•Assess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems, document interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths.
•Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria including agent-ready rules.
•Drive UAT readiness, test planning, end-to-end validation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
•1+ years of Salesforce/application experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga CPQ and Marketing apps like Marketo or HubSpot.
•Strong understanding of Sales & Support processes including Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing/revenue, case management, and entitlements.
•Ability to build consensus among cross functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levels on approach and outcomes, enabling delivery of robust, scalable technology solutions.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance best practices.
