Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Developer Intelligence systems focused on engineering telemetry collection, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
  • •Analyze developer workflows and SDLC feedback loops to design testable, maintainable, efficient components.
  • •Build and maintain subsystems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.
  • •Write stable, performant code integrating AI tools into daily workflows, including automated code reviews, validation, and incident triaging.
  • •Mentor peers and conduct insightful code reviews while contributing to design reviews and reducing operational bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex components independently.
  • •Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python for telemetry pipelines and AI workflows.
  • •Experience with data pipelines and large-scale observability (logs, metrics, traces) and developer metrics frameworks.
  • •Experience embedding AI models/LLM APIs or orchestration tools into software pipelines or system triaging workflows.
