Lead Field Service Technician

Lead field service activities to ensure timely maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime, troubleshoot Honeywell equipment and systems, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service processes and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Perform installation and maintenance of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures and maintain accurate documentation and records while traveling regionally.
