Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare project plans and coordinate project activities from planning through implementation.
  • •Maintain project schedules and task details; prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling.
  • •Align internal resource progress to meet on-time and budget performance objectives.
  • •Track project costs and schedules for internal and external customers; monitor and report supplier progress against quality and cost metrics.
  • •Provide updates to internal customers on progress against project objectives and drive program execution and process improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience analyzing supply chain metrics (lead time, cost, capacity, supplier performance) and using structured, data-driven problem solving.
  • •Experience driving process improvements in supply chain operations, including lead time reduction and cycle time improvement (Lean / Six Sigma or VSM preferred).
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Excel (advanced for analysis & modeling), project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers, including influencing without authority.
  • •Experience with risk identification, dependency management, and mitigation planning across multi-project or supplier-driven environments.
