Provide efficient, high-quality service for client transactions in a retail banking environment, maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales and outreach through outbound calls and client-offer checks, leveraging Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client needs and route opportunities to the right teams. Participate in training and adhere to controls, procedures, and risk policies.
