Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the branch, splitting time between client service and transaction support and proactive client conversations to uncover needs and improve financial wellness. Process financial transactions accurately, resolve more complex servicing issues, and provide tailored recommendations by transitioning clients to bankers when appropriate. Partner with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities while meeting individual activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering impactful support.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and provide customized financial wellness recommendations, transitioning clients to a banker as needed.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while partnering with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
