•Manage a team of Data Scientists (5–8) supporting multidisciplinary FWA analytics efforts.
•Plan, direct, and oversee the development and execution of FWA models and algorithms across multi-payer environments.
•Collaborate with FWA SMEs, Business Intelligence Developers, and clients to produce actionable analyses and predictive analytic support.
•Direct automated data pipeline design and maintenance (with data engineers/BI developers) to feed analytic outputs for partner access.
•Ensure quality reviews of analytic outputs and document processes, best practices, and strategies for current and future models.

•7+ years of experience in statistical and computer science–related fields.

•Experience managing client interactions to gather requirements and clearly communicate complex analytic outcomes.
•Expertise in medical terminology and healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, etc.).
