Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and expand relationships with NJ and NY municipalities, municipal utilities, sewerage authorities, and MUAs
  • •Lead strategic pursuits, positioning, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations
  • •Serve as trusted advisor to key clients on major capital programs
  • •Manage major infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction
  • •Mentor project managers and technical staff

Key Requirements

  • •PE license in NJ or NY required, or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • •12+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience
  • •Established relationships with NJ and/or NY municipal utilities, authorities, and agencies
  • •Demonstrated business development success in the NJ/NY market
  • •Familiarity with NJDEP and/or NYSDEC permitting and regulatory requirements
