Key Responsibilities

•Develop and expand relationships with NJ and NY municipalities, municipal utilities, sewerage authorities, and MUAs
•Lead strategic pursuits, positioning, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations
•Serve as trusted advisor to key clients on major capital programs
•Manage major infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction
•Mentor project managers and technical staff

Key Requirements

•PE license in NJ or NY required, or ability to obtain through reciprocity
•12+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting experience
•Established relationships with NJ and/or NY municipal utilities, authorities, and agencies
•Demonstrated business development success in the NJ/NY market
•Familiarity with NJDEP and/or NYSDEC permitting and regulatory requirements
