Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement material flow strategies from receipt to the lineside (including reverse logistics as required), using value stream mapping for end-to-end optimization.
  • •Develop warehouse and storage layouts and inventory strategies, using space capacity models to ensure adequate storage solutions.
  • •Create materials management resource plans, including labor and equipment models, time studies, and procedures to track improvements.
  • •Develop cost-effective, sustainable packaging and rack flow solutions, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to build right-sized packaging fleets.
  • •Use data analysis tools to assess performance metrics, identify issues, and support decision-making while ensuring compliance with safety standards and training for new processes/equipment.
