Lead and manage medium-to-large, complex transportation programs in support of the overall Program Manager, providing technical leadership and strategic direction at a regional level. •Lead and manage medium-to-large transportation programs or defined parts of larger programs in support of the overall Program Manager.
•Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery at a regional level.
•Advocate for ethical and safe working practices while driving innovation in program management approaches.
•Identify new business opportunities with regional leadership and market sector leaders and develop solutions.
•Manage program outcomes by identifying high-risk areas, assessing long-term/disruptive trends, supporting talent attraction/retention, and ensuring financial success and delivery against agreements.

•BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.
•15+ years of experience directly managing GEC/PMC projects with TxDOT and other agencies, including design-bid-build (DBB) and design-build (DB) projects.
•Ability to lead and administer GEC/PMC contracts effectively for agencies like TxDOT.
•Serve as primary contact with TxDOT representatives and other clients, including project scoping, regulatory requirements, and long-term relationship management.
•Must have current TxDOT precertification in relevant work categories through the firm’s administrative qualification with TxDOT’s PEPS division.
