  • •Govern quality with a zero-defect mindset by ensuring disciplined process compliance and proactively managing deviations to meet customer expectations.
  • •Drive delivery performance by applying Just-in-Time logistics principles and rigorously managing dispatch windows to deliver on time.
  • •Ensure performance visibility through visual delivery-tracking systems and manage customer concerns using root-cause analysis, countermeasures, and corrective actions.
  • •Lead workforce execution and continuous improvement by coordinating production employees and supervisors and sponsoring Lean initiatives (including 5S and Standardised Work).

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of leadership experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced industry, ideally logistics, with experience leading teams across organizational levels.
  • •Operational excellence using Lean tools, Standardised Work, process mapping, and continuous-improvement principles across operational areas.
  • •Knowledge of automotive/industrial logistics processes (e.g., CKD, sequencing, subassembly, packing, order fulfilment, and warehouse/materials flows).
  • •Awareness of management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • •Systems expertise in SAP, AOS, or comparable ERP/MRP applications, including sequencing, order fulfilment/export packing, warehouse management, and materials planning.
