Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor tool performance and perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair down equipment per SOPs to ensure normal operation and yield.
  • •Support equipment installs/upgrades and create/modify equipment procedures and checklists.
  • •Collaborate with process engineers during shift on equipment abnormality support and emergency response.
  • •Collect and analyze equipment parameters and maintenance history, write reports, and assist with new equipment/process introduction and validation.

Key Requirements
