•Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate backgrounds and translate them into targeted search strategies.
•Own top-of-funnel sourcing for internal and portfolio roles, including market mapping, talent research, and search.
•Collaborate with the technology team to build and deploy scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows and applications.
•Develop creative strategies to find non-traditional or emerging talent across niche roles and geographies.
•Implement and use an AI tech stack for research, sourcing, evaluation, engagement, and candidate experience, while tracking pipeline health and sourcing metrics.
