Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization as a technical lead for a defined territory, partnering closely with a sales representative across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. Qualify technical leads, serve as the main technical resource during customer conversations, and resolve customer technical issues with engineering and technical support. Provide post-sales training and apply deep knowledge of networking, wireless, authentication, and security protocols.
