Key Responsibilities

  • •Concur with engineering domains during development to ensure design feasibility and fit with the industrial system.
  • •Analyze and optimize manufacturing technologies and capabilities, ensuring feasibility of assembly integration and testing for thermal, mechanical, and electrical hardware.
  • •Define AIT process/work sequences and industrial parameters in line with Airbus OES guidelines; identify and specify needs for industrial assets and tooling.
  • •Build and release manufacturing documentation (e.g., manufacturing dossier, MBOM, work orders) and integrate quality inputs (control plan) plus PFMEA and H&S inputs.
  • •Technically support project AIT managers and production during shopfloor execution, including on-site assistance for test and launch campaigns as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience in Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) production, preferably in space AIT or manufacturing engineering.
  • •A degree or background in Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Ability to support feasibility of thermal, mechanical, and electrical hardware assembly, integration, and testing.
  • •Knowledge of ESA standards (ECSSs), CATIA, and/or DDMS environment (Delmia, Apriso) (nice to have).
  • •Fluent English and Spanish.
