Job Summary

Own the weekly pipeline of operational data used for billing and reporting. Download and consolidate data from multiple internal systems, then validate integrity, clean and standardize datasets in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas), and reconcile variances against operational calendars. Maintain project/work-order data and produce structured and ad hoc reports, while improving data quality processes through automation, templates, and status updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Download and consolidate weekly operational data from multiple in-house systems.
•Process, validate, and clean Excel datasets; build repeatable templates and automated checks.
•Reconcile datasets against operational calendars and other source systems, investigating and escalating variances with supporting details.
•Maintain and update project/work-order data, including project actuals, internal hours, and external costs.
•Produce structured and ad hoc Excel reports, identify trends/anomalies, and drive continuous improvements to data collection and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in data, finance, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
•Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, data validation, and automation (VBA/macros preferred).
•Experience cleaning, standardizing, and validating datasets to a high standard.
•Experience supporting project or operational workflows, including tracking actuals, budgets, timelines, and vendor costs.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate data issues into clear actions for stakeholders.
