Key Responsibilities

  • •Set, enforce, and continuously improve operational standards across multiple kitchens, service formats, and 6+ outlets
  • •Lead food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and Department of Health readiness with audit-ready operations
  • •Hire, train, mentor, schedule, and develop culinary and kitchen support staff (teams of 80+), including performance management
  • •Coordinate new outlet openings, services, break rooms, and renovations while supporting multi-site consistency and scale
  • •Own financial planning, inventory, purchasing, vendor management, and cost-per-head/food & labor cost targets and create innovative seasonal menus
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalency)
  • •Culinary degree with 10+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, or 12+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree
  • •Ability to lead multi-outlet culinary operations with strong people management and performance management
  • •Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe (or equivalent) manager-level food handler certification
  • •Strong financial acumen including costing, inventory, P&L, and vendor contracts
