Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with design, product managers, engineers, and the localisation team to identify localisation risks early by reviewing Figma designs and related artefacts.
  • •Perform hands-on localisation QA testing across multiple languages, platforms, products, and regions, and lead or support complex localisation quality initiatives.
  • •Develop and improve localisation test strategies covering linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation quality, and investigate root causes of complex issues.
  • •Design and develop software, internal tools, automation, and reusable services to improve validation, workflow efficiency, and quality signals.
  • •Act as a cross-functional bridge, communicate quality risks and recommendations, and mentor localisation team members on engineering, automation, and quality best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
  • •Hands-on ability to build tools, systems, integrations, or automation that solve product quality challenges.
  • •Experience working closely with design teams and Figma workflows, including reviewing designs, prototypes, component systems, and user journeys before implementation.
  • •Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
  • •Practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation principles, including testing across multilingual products, platforms, or regions.
