Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse business processes across People & Culture, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development to identify AI adoption and process optimisation opportunities.
  • •Research AI tools, technologies, and emerging solutions for people-related business processes.
  • •Evaluate existing workflows to find opportunities for automation, improved efficiency, and enhanced employee experience.
  • •Benchmark industry best practices and AI use cases across HR and People functions.
  • •Develop AI implementation recommendations, assess organisational readiness and risks, and present findings and roadmaps to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, AI, Computer Science, Data Science, ICT Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in applying AI to HR, Recruitment, and People Operations.
  • •Good understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, automation, workflow optimisation, or intelligent process improvement.
  • •Analytical mindset to map business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German, French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
