Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by taking ownership of sales/KPI and individual performance targets.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador by consistently exhibiting brand attitude and values.
  • •Use seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during customer interactions to strengthen connections to the brand.
  • •Execute store operations: visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, merchandise delivery processing, replenishment, and accurate cash register transactions.
