Support and improve Samsung Austin Semiconductor’s internal DevOps, AI/GPU, and Kubernetes platform infrastructure, including CI/CD services, AI/LLM and GPU compute capabilities, and Kubernetes-based application hosting. Work in an air-gapped environment and troubleshoot across application, container, Linux, and infrastructure layers. Own monitoring and incident response, build automation and playbooks with tools like Prometheus/Grafana/Loki, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and usability.

•Maintain and improve Kubernetes infrastructure used by internal DevOps platforms.
•Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and playbooks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
•Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve platform reliability.
•Own and support CI/CD platform operations, including build/deploy pipelines and automation.
•Operate and improve GPU platform infrastructure, including model-serving and API reliability.

Salary: USD 76,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/containerized applications, and Linux systems for cloud-native infrastructure.
•Strong programming and scripting skills, preferably Python, Bash, SQL, and/or .NET.
•Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab, or similar platforms.
•Experience supporting production systems, including troubleshooting, monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
