Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients in a luxury, omni-channel retail environment. You’ll build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling/social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. In addition, support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with your team to meet KPIs.

•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and making tailored recommendations; meet individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
