Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate terminal equipment for transfer and handling of bulk materials.
  • •Operate, inspect, maintain, and clean terminal equipment and systems; perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
  • •Follow company safety policies and environmental regulations; identify, report, and help correct unsafe conditions, equipment deficiencies, and workplace hazards.
  • •Maintain terminal-wide housekeeping standards and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
  • •Assist with vessel loading, railcar unloading, complete required operational/safety/inspection documentation, and coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and vessel personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.45 - 28.55 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum one (1) year of work experience; industrial, marine terminal, manufacturing, construction, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated history of safe work practices, reliability, and quality performance required.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) as required by U.S. Coast Guard and DHS regulations.
  • •Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic mechanical aptitude/troubleshooting skills.
