Manager Marine Operations

Lead marine operations and base management at Batam to coordinate vessels, equipment, and personnel for offshore construction. Oversee mobilization/demobilization, ensure safety and budget adherence, and work with the Fabrication Team and local authorities. Manage a team of Marine Field Engineers and Indonesian staff, delivering projects on time and to client standards.
