Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and maintain structural BIM models, plans, layouts, details, and required graphical deliverables.
  • •Create and coordinate structural models and drawings for concrete and steel building systems, including foundations, superstructures, and typical structural elements.
  • •Prepare plans and models from engineering inputs, sketches, and comments using Revit Structure, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • •Support coordination with architecture, MEP, geotechnics, and construction teams to ensure model consistency and conflict-free deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree in structural drawing, BIM modeling, or related disciplines.
  • •More than 4 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and creating plans for building projects with a focus on structural design and coordination.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for structural modeling and clash detection.
  • •Strong attention to detail with demonstrated self-checking and quality assurance for models and drawings.
  • •Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
