Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop full-stack applications using React for the UI and Python for backend services, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Implement APIs and service integrations that support complex healthcare workflows.
•Model and manage long-running, stateful healthcare processes and durable workflows using Temporal.io.
•Adhere to security and compliance requirements (HIPAA) and healthcare data standards such as FHIR/HL7.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams to translate real-world workflows into robust technical solutions.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience building full-stack applications with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
•Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (or GraphQL).
•Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
•Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
