Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and validate tests across real-time pharmacy claims processing and adjudication systems.
  • •Prepare test scenarios and test cases using Agile methodology and create/maintain test artifacts for release testing.
  • •Participate in release testing execution, including SIT, regression, and E2E.
  • •Support test leads with timelines and schedules and execute tests based on test plans and acceptance criteria.
  • •Identify, log, track defects to closure, communicate results with stakeholders/vendors, and assist with test environment setup and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4+ years of QA experience with PBM/pharmacy claims domain knowledge.
  • •Write SQL queries for data validation.
  • •Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for release testing.
  • •Validate end-to-end pharmacy claims lifecycle, including member eligibility, pharmacy/provider validation (NPI, NCPDP ID), real-time POS adjudication, and pricing logic (AWP, MAC, ingredient cost, dispensing fee, copay, accumulators).
  • •Test scenarios involving coordination of benefits (COB)/other payer and prior authorization, with understanding of NCPDP standards (D.0; F6 exposure preferred).
