Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Case Discovery & Scoping: Partner with executives to assess AI opportunities, surface high-impact use cases, and map integrations and platform constraints with engineering partners.
  • •Prototyping: Build prototypes and demonstrations in Python to prove value early before full-scale development.
  • •Program Management: Coordinate deployments across accounts, monitor progress, and surface issues before they become problems.
  • •Prioritization: Sequence use cases within accounts to maximize cumulative value and guide discovery/build investments.
  • •Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary business-side contact, translating capabilities and constraints for stakeholders and traveling onsite as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Background that combines technical fluency with strategic instinct and a history of building things (technical consulting, product management, startup experience, or engineering with strategic/customer-facing growth).
  • •Comfortable coding in Python — able to build working prototypes and demos using LLMs and AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code).
  • •Working understanding of APIs, integrations, and how AI agents fit inside enterprise workflows.
  • •Strategic instinct to identify where business value lives in a workflow and translate findings into prioritized plans for executives.
  • •Excellent communication skills with both executives and operators, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
