Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling, graphic design, advertising, or equivalent visual arts field.
  • •Master’s degree preferred, along with 3+ years’ experience in the design industry.
  • •Required motion graphics skills: 12 Principles of Animation, typography in motion, color theory, and creating motion graphics portfolio-ready work.
  • •Experience teaching and mentoring capstone-level motion graphics projects and providing pointed feedback on student work.
  • •Must be able to teach required software: Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Adobe mobile apps.
