Lead the development and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for the Ethoca product, enhancing consumer purchase experiences. Define the data science roadmap, guide execution across initiatives, and mentor a high-performing data science team. Build and scale AI/ML models using generative AI, multi-agent systems, NLP, and computer vision to reduce chargebacks and disputes, while monitoring model performance and ensuring governance, security, and privacy in a regulated environment.
