Job Summary

Support the Ultra Precision Machining team by performing precision cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and metrology on micron and sub-micron tolerance parts and assemblies for Starlink production volumes. Maintain safe, controlled work areas; monitor and report off-nominal conditions to protect work center uptime; and use tools such as CMMs and optical microscopes. Track work and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process and efficiency opportunities.

•Maintain maximum work center uptime by identifying and reporting off-nominal issues such as alarms and out-of-tolerance conditions.
•Perform cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and related support tasks on precision parts and assemblies.
•Use metrology equipment including CMMs and optical microscopes to support inspection and metrology activities.
•Enter data, track work, communicate with team members and leadership, and provide feedback on process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
