Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-call support by researching and resolving technical problems through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
•Support onsite IT activities including coordination with help desks/customers, troubleshooting, and restoring service.
•Coordinate and perform operation/maintenance activities for networks and servers, including hardware configurations and repairs/replacements.
•Install operating system patches and upgrades via SCCM Software Center and provide remote support for telework/home users using VPN/Citrix.
•Perform cabling, assist with wireless services and tier 2 support, support video conferencing/A/V O&M, and support asset inventory, disposal preparation, and end-user support trends.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 53,040 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 0–3 years (or commensurate experience).
•US Citizen.
•High degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Minimum 6 months troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware in a customer service role.
•Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems (preferred) and familiarity with SCCM remote resolution/remote software installation.
