•Provide personalized financial advice aligned to clients’ short- and long-term goals and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
•Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects and make referrals to partners across mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
•Support the teller line as needed, resolve client issues, participate in sales/product training, and assist with operational controls and dual control vault responsibilities.
