Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations across multiple sites, partnering with site leaders and logistics planning to set and execute site goals. Manage daily route schedules, coordinate inventory movement through warehouse workflows, and ensure work areas meet safety standards including Gemba walks. Lead, coach, and develop direct reports with succession planning and performance management, while maintaining timely communication with internal teams.
