Job Summary

Drive durable growth for Direct customers’ self-serve PLG motions by building the analytics and insight backbone for forecasting, target setting, and experimentation. Leverage SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and product analytics to identify and size growth opportunities, while evolving AI-powered workflows (analytics copilots, LLM assistants, agents, and automations) to improve funnel visibility and GTM decision-making. Work cross-functionally across PLG, Marketing, and Finance, becoming the SME for key processes and KPI impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the data, forecasting, target setting, and insight backbone for the PLG side of the business.
•Leverage SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, experimentation results, and product analytics to identify and size growth opportunities.
•Evolve AI tooling (analytics copilots and LLM-based assistants) and contribute to AI agents, copilots, and automations for GTM workflows (e.g., signal detection, opportunity identification, pipeline health).
•Run reporting to support projects, tasks, and programs, and work cross-functionally with growth teams.
•Measure and track KPI impact of process improvements; use process mapping and data analysis to assess process effectiveness and advise stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Basic BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance) or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years in analytics or strategy roles in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology.
•Experience with SQL and querying large, complex datasets to build reusable data models.
•Experience building forecasts and scenario models for conversion and revenue for self-serve/PLG motions.
•Hands-on experience with AI or analytics copilots (e.g., configuring prompts, working with LLM-powered tools, integrating into workflows).
