Lead QA planning, execution, and recap activities to ensure quality safeguards are integrated into software development and deployment. Own quality across phases including requirement review, test script preparation, execution, and reporting, while identifying UI/workflow gaps and communicating risks. Coordinate testing with Shared Services and PLC checkpoints, manage traceability and test coverage metrics, triage test results, and partner closely with Tech Leads, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.

•Oversee quality across all project phases, including requirement review, test script preparation, test execution, and recap.
•Identify gaps in UI/workflows/requirements, communicate risks, and drive remediation to maintain quality standards.
•Schedule QA resources, estimate QA effort, and manage traceability and test coverage metrics.
•Triaging test results, coordinating testing with Shared Services and PLC checkpoints, and reporting overall application and project health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles.
•Experience leading QA efforts in Agile environments.
•Familiarity with project estimation, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
•Ability to lead QA across the full software development lifecycle and align to project goals.
•Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, and Azure DevOps.
