Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Commercial Banking Managers with managing the commercial bank portfolio and supporting retention of profitable clients.
  • •Maintain loan portfolio processes, including tickler systems, past-due collections, financial reporting collections, and covenant compliance testing.
  • •Perform credit and financial statement analysis, including spreading, projection modeling, and underwriting work.
  • •Prepare concept memos for Credit Administration and Letters of Intent for borrower execution.

Key Requirements
