Remote Customer Service Representative

Serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, volunteers, and partners, handling a high volume of inquiries by phone, email, and digital channels. Provide accurate program and registration information, assist with enrollment and payment questions, and resolve complaints with empathy while escalating complex cases. Maintain organized records in a database and collaborate with programme staff to deliver a positive stakeholder experience aligned to the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso mission.
