Key Requirements

  • •Experience in candidate sourcing or research, ideally including senior/executive-level roles or equivalent research-intensive experience across international markets.
  • •Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing tool) capability.
  • •Comfort working across multiple, unfamiliar geographies and regulatory contexts.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize research into clear, structured candidate profiles.
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written); prior fintech/CFD/FX or other regulated financial services sourcing is a plus.
