Key Responsibilities

  • •Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
  • •Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
  • •Label material by type, size, and count, including applying individual tags before/after treatment/production.
  • •Band, bundle, and secure material (including corner protectors and loading sticks) and ensure quantities are strapped and labeled before leaving the work area.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory of tags, report problems/discrepancies, record production on production sheets, and keep the work area clean while participating in safety and CI programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred (not required).
  • •No minimum experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Ability to follow instructions for handling, stacking, labeling, and securing lumber products.
