Partner with the People team and stakeholders to advise on global employment law across the full employee lifecycle. Develop employment policies and procedures to support scaling across multiple jurisdictions, and provide pragmatic, business-focused guidance on topics like contracts, onboarding, performance, and termination. Manage outside counsel globally and stay current on employment laws, recommending updates as regulations change.

•Advise and collaborate with the People team and stakeholders on employment law matters across jurisdictions, including contract negotiation, onboarding, performance management, and termination.
•Provide clear, pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
•Devise and manage employment practices, policies, and procedures to reduce employment-related legal risk as the company grows.
•Manage and work with outside counsel across the globe.
•Stay current on global employment laws and regulations, advising on applicable changes and proposing updates.

•Experience building employment-related processes and procedures, partnering with HR on onboarding/offboarding, and handling complex employment litigation matters.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
