Job Summary

Join Nationwide’s SEEJET team in Digital Servicing to develop and execute robust automated tests for customer-facing and internal servicing journeys. Convert and enhance Ruby-based automation to Playwright, create end-to-end and functional test scripts, and validate application behavior through risk-based testing. Partner daily with developers, Product/UX, architects, and business stakeholders to manage test data, improve regression readiness, triage defects, and support modernization releases.

•Develop and enhance Playwright automation by converting Ruby-based tests and creating end-to-end and functional test scripts.

•Create and maintain test data by coordinating with upstream partners and various data sources.
•Perform risk analysis on application changes to determine an appropriate risk-based test approach.
•Maintain and improve a trusted automation suite through regression testing, defect management/triage, and continuous improvement practices.

•Insurance/financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
