Supervise day-to-day operations in a Carvana inspection center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning activities and ensuring quality, production, and cost objectives are met. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates, manage recruiting and training, and drive progression, certification, and performance management. Execute strategic plans aligned with company goals while enforcing operating standards, health and safety, loss prevention, and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.
