Job Summary

Partner with a portfolio of clients supporting Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database. In a hybrid Krakow role, you’ll drive client retention by providing daily support across job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle, and platform experience. Analyze and present compensation data using Excel and internal tools, ensure client submission obligations are met, and contribute to projects like job matching and benchmarking while promoting product and service awareness.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive client retention by providing daily support across job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle, and platform experience.
•Analyze compensation data using Excel and internal software to support client needs.
•Ensure all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled through regular interaction.
•Support specific projects delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.
•Promote product and service awareness to clients and collaborate with internal teams across seniorities.

Key Requirements

•C1 English and C1 German language skills.
•Proficiency with Excel, including using a range of formulas.
•Comfort analyzing and presenting compensation data insights clearly and concisely.
•Experience demonstrating collaboration and teamwork in a previous role.
•Ideally prior experience in consulting or business services sectors.
