Key Responsibilities

  • •Raise purchase orders for raw materials, components, and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely vendor payments.
  • •Coordinate national and international shipments to and from Florence with couriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • •Work with Trade Compliance to prepare and manage import/export documentation.
  • •Maintain packing lists, sample order trackers, and seasonal reports to support visibility across relevant functions.
  • •Track development and shipment budgets, allocate costs accurately, and monitor progress to provide updates for key collection moments.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong administrative and organisational skills with a careful eye for detail and accuracy.
  • •Confident working with purchase orders, budgets, invoices, or cost tracking in a product-led environment.
  • •Able to build effective working relationships with internal teams, vendors, couriers, and finance partners.
  • •Clear, proactive communication and comfort managing multiple priorities with timely updates.
