•Using your home base, service and maintain customers’ Miele appliances, primarily for private customers and smaller businesses.
•Perform fault-finding and repairs.
•Commission new machines.
•Advise customers on proper use and maintenance.
•Follow a typical day plan: check your task overview on PC/phone, confirm parts, and order parts for the next day’s work.
